5. Cancellation Policy:

5.1 Clients can choose to cancel their service and will be refunded.

6.1 Once the client has agreed to the offer and paid for it, and work on the project has started, the fee is non-refundable.

6.2 The finished project is, however, revisable until client satisfaction is met, within the scopes written in the agreement.

6.3 By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the outlined payment terms.

6.4 The consultation fee is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the Client chooses to proceed with the recommended design plans or not.

7. Client Responsibilities:

7.1 By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms regarding project changes, including the allotted revisions and the associated fees for any adjustments beyond the initial three revisions.

7.2 The Client is responsible for answering and assisting the consultant to the best of their abilities.

7.3 Any delays caused by the client will not count towards the completion timeframe.
