Located in one of the most affluent areas in Sofia with a beautiful panoramic view, this mansion transforms the owner’s dream about large panoramic windows and bespoke luxury lifestyle into a breathtaking interior design. The concept displays an open, generous layout and rich mix of colors, volumes, and textures. The intention was to create a space with a strong personality, a sculptural piece to be seen and admire; to seduce, surprise, and entertain, and at the same time to be functional and comfortable.
DEA International Studio creates the whole project from scratch. Globally recognized Italian design furniture by Poltrona Frau and Fendi Casa, spectacular chandeliers, refined and sophisticated materials as leather, marble, brass create the understated and unique atmosphere. The art elements – beautiful plaster molding, decorated glass panels create a visual relation between reality and fantasy and reinvent the idea of luxury as something meaningful.
