This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager at WeareDesign. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within the predetermined budget. Daily tasks include planning, managing and coordinating the activities related to the projects they oversee, working together with technical managers, budgeting and cost specialists and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing the plans for tracking the progress and implementation of projects and the necessary resources for the purpose – materials, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepares and manages the budget and schedule for assigned projects.
• Organizes and coordinates internal and external parties (detailed design department, concept department, subcontractors) for all project activities with a view to achieving set goals, quality and compliance with deadlines.
• Manages the preparation of offers and draft contracts for clients as well as the selection of subcontractors.
• Assists and is responsible for receiving project materials and activities from suppliers and subcontractors and handing them over to clients.
• Responsible for timely control regarding payments to suppliers and collection of receivables from our clients.
• Manages client relationships in all project phases, including establishing expectations, answering questions and resolving issues.

Requirements and qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• To have in-depth knowledge in the field of interior design and planning.
• Ability to work with various regulatory documents, including knowledge in Territorial Planning Law.
• Professional English, second language would be considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCad/Revit)
• Experience with an ERP system will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead and manage a team.
